Within 6 weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you will receive notification via email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward.
IMPORTANT! You must claim your reward by the expiration date shown on your reward notification.
After claiming your reward and meeting your applicable service requirement*, most customers receive their reward within 3 weeks.
